BMS BUILDING AUTOMATION INSTALLATIONS
BMS (Building Management System)

The company’s activity in the field of building automation covers the installation of central building control systems BMS (Building Management Systems).

The category of BMS systems includes control systems for fire extinguishing – fire protection, security, lighting, heating, air conditioning and ventilation of all electromechanical installations of large buildings (office buildings, hotels, hospitals, food and pharmaceutical industries, etc.).

The control objects of a BMS system are:
  • The energy management of the building for its lifetime.
  • The implementation of lighting and automation scenarios.
  • The ability to monitor and improve the security of the building by monitoring the premises.
  • The possibility of remote control of selected areas of the building and remote management of the entire installation.
  • The monitoring and recording of physical quantities (e.g. temperature, humidity, pressure, etc.)
  • Fluid flow and pressure control
  • The classic automation (with relays, timers, etc.) that used to be placed in an electrical panel has now been replaced by BMS systems.

An important advantage of BMS systems, compared to conventional automation, is the ability to manage analog signals (e.g. temperature, humidity, pressure, etc.), the ease of adaptation to new scenarios and extensions, as well as the ability to record all variables and errors.
