HUB 26 is the first large-scale sustainable business park in Northern Greece. This innovative building is located at the western entrance of Thessaloniki, at the junction of 26th October, Nikiforou Uranos, Frixos and Limnos streets, opposite the historic premises of the former FIX brewery.

The project concerns the creation of a new office complex in a property with a total area of 7,704 sq.m., consisting of four buildings, with two levels of 230 underground parking spaces and ancillary spaces. The total surface area of the above-ground and underground structures reaches 31,000 sq m. The new hub is an innovative space for business activity, aimed at national and multinational companies as well as financial institutions. The complex is aiming for LEED Gold certification.

It has attracted internationally renowned tenants such as Nasdaq-listed TaskUs, a leading provider of next-generation digital services and customer experience. Tenants of space in HUB 26 also include Alpha Bank, Piraeus Bank and Parekoxenia Bank, which have agreed to house their new offices there.
