Our company undertook the complete installation, programming and commissioning of the EIB/KNX automation system.

The automation system controls all interior and exterior lighting, shutters/blinds and interfaces with the Access Control system to maximize energy savings in the building.

The control is done with system switches that are fully programmable, giving the possibility to select the operation of each button according to the owner’s needs.

Each key switch has the ability to be programmed to be managed:

Roller or blind with full or intermediate opening/closing
Full lighting on/off (On/Off)
Gradual and percentage lighting level (Dim/Bright)
Centralised lighting or shutter functions to control part or all of them.
Access to areas of the building requires an access control card enabling the disabling of lighting and devices by detecting the last person to leave the premises.

For central control and supervision, touchscreens have been installed, giving the possibility of operation with scripts, schedules, logic and sensors.
