Our company undertook the design and installation of the automation system (EIB/KNX) for the lighting control of the new wing of Thessaloniki airport, with the possibility of control through visualization from a central computer.

With the installed control and monitoring system, all the luminaires of the new wing and the exterior lighting pillars of the buildings are controlled with actual confirmation of good operation and activation of the luminaires through relays and digital inputs.

Lighting circuits are controlled either manually, by a photocell, or by schedules that the user can change with great ease.

In the event of an outdoor floodlight problem, messages (Alarm) are displayed on the central management screen alerting staff to make an immediate repair or replacement to continue normal operation.
